Allen Robinson destined for another breakout season

By: Jovanny Santiago

I really think Allen Robinson can lead the Bears to the postseason this season.

In 2015 he had a great season, he had 80 Receptions with 1,400 yards receiving & 14 Touchdowns with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Unbelievable year. During that career year, he had multiple two touchdown games, one vs. the Miami Dolphins where he went off  for 155 yards with 2 TD’s.

His other two touchdown game was vs the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Where he had 7 receptions for 72 yards with 2 touchdowns. I’m sure the Buccaneers saw the Dolphins tape on to stop Robinson but it didn’t seem to work because he had two touchdowns in that game!

Versus his division rival, the Tennessee Titans, he dominated their corners with 5 receptions for  113 yards with 3 touchdowns. The Titans couldn’t stop him at all. I imagine their corner-backs were very upset trying to cover him.

In 2016, Robinson still had a good season with 73 receptions for 883 yards receiving and 6 Touchdowns.

The Jacksonville Jaguars did not place the franchise tag on him during the off-season and let him walk. During the tampering period the Chicago Bears were able to strike a deal to bring the number one Wide Receiver (WR) to Chicago to work with head coach Matt Nagy & Quarterback Mitchell Trubisky. Trubisky  is going to love Robinson and so are Bears fans!

I can’t wait to see him lead the league in touchdowns and also lead the Chicago Bears to the playoffs where they haven’t been to in 8 years. Bear Down!
