After a awful loss to the Brookyln Nets on Sunday, the Chicago Bulls rebounded and got a much needed win Monday night against the visiting Orlando Magic, 122-75.
The Bulls control their own destiny. To make the playoffs, it was important to win their final three, especially two vs. the Nets. But after dropping the first meeting, the Bulls came out confident and let loose Monday night.
The Bulls went into the locker room at the half up 64 to 37. The Magic were playing with no energy and looked ready to party in Miami in a few days.
Every Bulls starter finished the game in double-figures, led by Robin Lopez who finished with 18. Jerian Grant had a double-double with 17 points and 11 assists. Nikola Mirotic continues on his hot streak shooting 3-6 from three point range and finished with 16 points.
With the Heat win Monday night vs. Cavilers, the Bulls need a win OR Heat loss to the Wizards on Wednesday to clinch a playoff berth.
The Bulls dud Saturday was something that many fans did not take as much as a surprise.
